If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Change-of-Mind Returns
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days with clear photos or videos. We will assess and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
